I promote the use of web-based software for client services provision, data collection, reporting, and analysis. I choose knowledge management platforms that are relatively easy to start using and can be maintained by non-technical people, transferring the knowledge (power) back to the organizations I help. Since most social services organizations operate on tight budgets and small staff, it’s critical to choose systems that help leadership minimize IT maintenance costs.

I work directly with legal aids, grant-making foundations, emergency shelters, affordable housing providers, elder care providers, food pantries, churches, domestic violence programs, emergency assistance providers, and health and medical outreach organizations.
