Annual Operational Growth Indicators
Built for legal aid, this 3 year performance dashboard shows 5 metrics from LegalServer and one (annual revenue) that has been manually entered based on the organization’s 990 filings. It also has an interactive widget to generate a basic market value of the time spent by members of the firm.
Congressional District Map
This interactive Florida map (built in ArcGIS Online) shows households served from the LegalServer case management system and public data from ACS by state house representative. Created for advocacy and educational purposes, the drill-down information is shown in a series of screenshots here.

This is a simple dashboard built with public ACS data to inform community outreach strategy.
Client Satisfaction Surveys
This dashboard is automated through an API that connects the LegalServer case management system to Qualtrics. When the advocate closes a client’s record, they can automatically email the client a link to the satisfaction survey, built on QualtricsXM. The complete dashboard includes client and case information from LegalServer along with the results from the surveys saved in Qualtrics, alongside census data for the service areas of focus.
Intake and Operations
This dashboard is updated hourly with appointment data from the CRM, GoHighLevel. It is used to inform staffing demand and inform the settings for client event reminder system.
Fair Housing Case Metrics
This Clicdata dashboard is automatically updated each night with the results of a closed cases report, built in the LegalServer case management system.
Adding External Resources to LegalServer Home
Built for staff, this LegalServer home page uses html to embed links to staff Sharepoint pages, a how-to video, hosted on YouTube, and a downloadable PDF guide.
Pro Bono Resources in LegalServer
When volunteers and pro bono attorneys are given permissions to log in to view and update their assigned/referral cases, their home page can become a resources directory for user guides, CLE videos and completion applications, sample pleadings, and more.
